In this short session, we’ll guide you through easy-to-follow exercises that can be done anytime, anywhere, even during a busy day.
What to expect:
  • Loosen up: Gentle stretches to release tension in your neck, shoulders, and back.
  • Boost circulation: Movements to get your blood flowing and re-energize your body.

Note: For this mobility session, comfortable clothing is recommended for maximum ease of movement. However, most exercises are designed to be performed in regular everyday attire.
